By using derps you agree to what follows. If you don't, don't use it.
What derps is
derps is a front end for trading perpetual futures and tokens on the Sui blockchain, through Aftermath Finance. We show you markets and place the orders you ask for. We are not a broker, an exchange, or a custodian, and we do not give financial advice.
Your money is yours
- Your funds sit in your own on-chain account. We can't move them, freeze them or spend them.
- The key that signs your transactions is created in your browser. If you lose access to your Google account, you lose access to that address.
- Every trade is executed on-chain and is final. There is no reversal and no support line that can undo one.
Risk
- Leveraged trading can lose you everything you put in, quickly. A position can be liquidated automatically when the market moves against it.
- Prices, funding and liquidations come from Aftermath and the Sui network. Outages, delays or bugs anywhere in that chain can cost you money.
- Nothing in the app — crowd numbers, feeds, other people's trades — is a recommendation.
Fees
derps charges a fee on the size of each trade, shown to you before you place it, on top of Aftermath's own fees. We cover the network fee for your transactions. Fees can change; the app always shows the current one before you confirm.
Using it fairly
- You must be old enough and legally allowed to trade these products where you live.
- Don't use derps for anything illegal, and don't attack or abuse the service.
- We can stop serving anyone, and we can change or discontinue features.
No warranty
derps is provided as it is, without guarantees of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for losses caused by the networks and services derps depends on.
